The much-awaited Silambarasan's Pathu Thala teaser is out. The film, directed by Obeli Krishna, also stars Gautham Karthik and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead.

Pathu Thala is the remake of the Kannada movie Mufti, which had Shiva Rajkumar, Srimurali and Shanvi Srivasatava in the lead. The plot revolves around the cat-and-mouse game between a police officer and a gangster. 
 
Kalaiyarasan and Teejay Arunasalam play supporting characters in the film. 
 
Music composer AR Rahman has scored the music and the film marks the comeback of AR Rahman with Krishna after a long hiatus. In the meantime, we hear that the digital rights of the film have been bagged by Amazon Prime Video. Pathu Thala is all set to hit screens worldwide from March 30.
