Mollywood's new busy bee Nikki Galrani is all set for an image makeover with her forthcoming venture "Rudrasimhasanam", directed by Shibu Gangadharan.
Interestingly, the latest reports suggest that the actress is gaining weight for her role in the movie. She will play Hymavathy, a village girl in this flick, which said to be an out-an-out thriller.
This flick is based on the popular Malayalam novel "Rourdathalam", written by Sunil Parameshwaran. The novelist himself pens the script for the movie. Suresh Gopi plays the protagonist in this, Kaniha and Swetha Menon will essay the other female leads.
Hymavathy will be a challenging role for Nikki Galrani, who usually plays the happy-go-lucky modern girl. The actress will sport a traditional look with long hair and saree in the movie. It was director Shibu Gangadharan, who suggested Nikki to gain weight; as her thin look doesn't go well with the character.
Nikki has completed filming for her upcoming flick "Ivan Maryadaraman", in which she plays the female lead opposite superstar Dileep. She will also play the female lead in the upcoming flick "Oru Second Class Yathra", in which she will essay the sister of actor-director Vineeth Sreenivasan.
