“Music is my Passion” says Actress Priya Bapat on the sidelines of Mirchi Music Marathi Awards.

The star studded gala of Mirchi Music Marathi Awards was hosted last night here in Mumbai. The entire Marathi cinema celebrities, such as Suresh Wadkar, Sai Tamhankar, Palavi Joshi, Tejasvini Pandit, Poonam Pandey, Siddharth Jadhav, Mithila Palkar, Ajay & Atul, Nagraj Manjule, Madhu Chopra, Mahesh Manjrekar and may more were spotted at the Red Carpet.

“Music is my passion. I can’t live without music. This year my favourite song is Golu Polu” says Priya Bapat, who has turned singer this year for one of her movie.

Priya Bapat has turned singer for her movie, Vazandar and has gained her first ever nomination as singer.

“This year I am performing at the award function. Actually I am very happy because for the first time I’ve had playback for myself and I am nominated as upcoming female vocalist. So I am more than happy for that” adds Priya.

Priya also talked about her shifting her career, from acting to singing.

“I have no plans to shift my career from acting to singing. I am very happy in doing what I am doing but of course this is an add advantage that I sing and dance” adds Priya.
