Parth Bhalerao, who is debuting in Bollywood with Bhoothnath Returns', sequel to 'Bhootnath' (2008), is well known for his Marathi short film 'Khalti Doka Varti Paay'  which was screened at the Cannes last year. 

Speaking about his first meeting with Amitabh Bachchan, Parth said, "When I first met Amitabh sir, he was sitting in his vanity van. I touched his feet and was overwhelmed when he said, 'Are kya kar rahe ho champion hum partners hain. Meri god mein baith jao.'" 

Parth has also worked in Marathi films such as 'Tukaram' and 'Aajcha Divas Majha'.
