ManglMurti Films unveiled the first poster of upcoming Marathi film 'Daagdi Chaawl' at a launch event last week. The producers also revealed that actor Makarand Deshpande plays a pivotal role in the film. The poster showcases an image of fierce and determined Ankush Choudhary and a grim looking Makarand Deshpande.

'Daagdi Chaawl' is a film set in Mumbai and showcases the journey of Surya played by Ankush Chaudhari, a common man fighting against all odds to survive in the city.

Directed by Chandrakant Kanse, ‘Daagdi Chaawl’ is produced by Amol Kale and Suresh B.Sawant. The film is set for release on 2nd October 2015.
