Actor Dhanush drops the first look poster of his next film Pattas. The poster shows him in a new avatar, sporting a colourful jacket and T-shirt, wearing bright yellow shades and striking a pose. The film is written and directed by RS Senthil Kumar, Pattas is being produced and presented by Sathya Jyothi Films.

The film will feature Dhanush in two different roles – father and son. The portion featuring Dhanush as the father will have actor Sneha as his partner, and Mehreen Pirzada has been signed as Dhanush’s partner for the son’s role.

Cinematographer Om Prakash will crank the camera and this will be his fourth outing with Dhanush after Maari, Anegan and Maari 2. The music will be taken care of by Vivek-Mervin duo.

Meanwhile, Vetrimaran and Dhanush have wrapped up shooting Asuran, a revenge thriller based on Tamil novel Vekkai. The actor plays a dual role in this film as well. He also has the long delayed Enai Nokki Payum Thotta with Gautham Menon up for release soon.

Pattas gearing up for Deepavali 2019 means the film will clash with Vijay’s Bigil at the box-ffice.
