No one can tone down the talent of the Oscar-winning AR Rahman. It seems the talent is definitely in blood as his son, Ameen Rehman, is apparently going to be lending his vocals in Mani Ratnams’s forthcoming film.
“A lot of filmmakers want Ameen to act, but I want him to concentrate on studying. He might sing in Mani Ratnam’s next film,” Rahman said at an event.
Ameen has already sung for the film ‘Couple’s Retreat’ (2009). However, Ratnam’s next is a bilingual film so it will be interesting to see how Ameen fits into the album.
