Kannada popular actor Aniruddha Jatkar is all set to play an action packed role in his forthcoming  "Raja Simha." The movie is said to be a tribute to his late father–in–law and superstar Vishnuvardhan.

In an interview with a leading daily, Aniruddha said, “I have always tried experimental roles, be it Kalabereke or Ijjodu. My father-in-law's fans wanted me to do an action-packed role, so this is our effort to pay tribute to his legacy through his film persona and social work being addressed in the story. The film is slated to take off in February and we're hoping to release it on his birth anniversary this year."

Nikita Tukral is playing the female lead in the movie. Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhan, Bullet Prakash and others are likely to play prominent roles in the film. Debutante Raja is directing the film apart from scripting it. Music Composed by Jessie Gift.
