
Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer 'Pushpa: The Rise' which was earlier slated to release on Christmas this year and was clashing with Ranveer Singh's 83 will now be releasing on 17th December, 2021, one week prior to Christmas.
The makers of the film decided to change the release date of the film and shared the news on their social media,""This December, Theatres will go Wild with the arrival of #PushpaRaj. #PushpaTheRise will hit the Big Screens on DEC 17th. #PushpaTheRiseOnDec17 #ThaggedheLe ."
Pushpa: The Rise Part 1 is an upcoming Telugu language action thriller film written and directed by Sukumar. Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers in association with Muttamsetty Media, the film stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil.
The first of two cinematic parts, the plot is based on the red sanders smuggling in the Seshachalam Hills of the Rayalaseema Region of Andhra Pradesh. The first part of the film is scheduled to release on 17 December 2021. The second part will be released in 2022. The film will be released in Telugu along with dubbed versions in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada languages.
To avoid a clash at the box office with Ranveer Singh's film '83, the team of Pushpa decided to release the film one week earlier.
