After gifting director Lokesh Kanagaraj a car and all his assistant directors a motorbike each, superstar Kamal Haasan has now gifted his own Rolex watch to actor Suriya for his power-packed performance in the just-released action thriller 'Vikram'.
 
Interestingly, Suriya played a cameo role and his character name is Rolex in the film. 
 
Suriya took to his social media and shared pictures of the gift presented by Kamal Haasan, he wrote, "A moment like this makes life beautiful! Thank you Anna for your Rolex!"
 
Written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Raaj Kamal Films International. The film stars Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil in the lead roles, along with Kalidas Jayaram, Narain and Chemban Vinod Jose in supporting roles. 
 
The film continues from Kaithi (2019) and follows a black-ops squad led by Amar tracking down masked vigilantes, while he learns of a drug syndicate group called Vetti Vagaiyara, led by Sandhanam, who wants the missing drugs to be delivered to his cold-blooded boss Rolex (Suriya). 
 
Meanwhile on the work front, Suriya is currently shooting for next with filmmaker Bala, titled as Suriya 41. The duo have collaborated earlier for films like Nandha and Pithamagan. The film is presented by Suriya and Jyotika under the banner of 2 D Entertainment. GV Prakash has been roped in as the music director for the project.
