Dhanush’s “Pudhupettai” which was directed by Selvaraghavan, it propelled Dhanush’s career acting wise to the next level.

His character in this film was loved by all movie buffs. The actor himself has said in many interviews before that he absolutely loved playing Kokki Kumar. Now, the “Kolavari Di” hitmaker has said that he wants to do a sequel to Pudhupettai even before the release of his forthcoming movies.

Interestingly, in Aishwarya R Dhanush’s “Vai Raja Vai”, Dhanush plays Kokki Kumar again, but in a cameo role. The trailer of the film was released recently and the fans were ecstatic on seeing Dhanush donning the role of Kokki Kumar in the film.

Meanwhile, Dhanush also revealed on his micro-blogging account that he would love to do a sequel to Pudhupettai.

He tweeted, “Saw myself as KOKKI Kumar today on screen after 8 years. Got so emotional. Someone pls write a sequel for me to be KOKKI KUMAR again!!”
