Sumeet Raghavan, who is an established actor on Marathi stage, has also been doing well on Hindi television. He is now all set to make his debut in Marathi films, through Atul kale directed new Marathi film 'Sandook'. 

The film is set on the backdrop of 1940's era and will be an action filled comedy film. The other two renowned actors who have been signed along with Sumeet are Sharad Ponkshe and Arun Nalawade.Sumeet, who is a childhood friend of Director Atul Kale, agreed to do this film, because of the script, which impressed him. 

Vishu Gaikwad, who had earlier made a film 'Yedyanchi Jatra' is producing this film. Cinematography by Ajit Reddy, Art direction by Mahesh Kudalkar, Lyrics by Guru Thakur and music by Ajit samir are other credits.
