News Helpline | January, 13 2015

The release of ace Kollywood filmmaker Cheran's "JK Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai" has been postponed once again. This film is supposed to hit the screens on Pongal but the film is out of pongal race now!

Cheran had earlier announced that the film will release on January 15 in 75 theatres across the state, alongside a worldwide release – courtesy his C2H initiative. The latest is that following his announcement, several theatre owners and distributors have come forward to support his movie and have assured him of a wider theatrical release. “Since all these new distributors have come forward to help my film, I’ve decided to hold back JK from the Pongal race. I believe that this will help the other films lined up for release through my C2H project.”

It has been censored with a clean "U" certificate. This film touted to be a youth entertainer is produced by Cheran's home banner "Dream Theatres." Starring Sharwanand and Nithya Menon in lead roles. Prakash Raj and Santhanam play supporting roles in this film.
