One of the most well-known and respected names in television journalism today, Sardesai incidentally started his career in the same year that Sachin Tendulkar burst into the cricketing field.

For better or worse, has been a memorable journey! Many people to thank... I can only say that it’s been a privilege to have had such a wonderful ringside view to India over the last 25 years, and I am eternally grateful to my colleagues at The Times of India, NDTV and Network 18 for their friendship and guidance.”
