ALTBalaji and ZEE5 are out with first official trailer of Mentalhood, an upcoming comedy-drama series starring Karisma Kapoor in the lead role.

The official handle of Alt Balaji dropped the trailer of the series on social media. It said, “Rules of parenting have changed! Motherhood ki arena mein koi safe zone nahi, its an all-out war between these #Supermoms! Mentalhood has been directed by Karishma Kohli starring Karisma Kapoor, Sanjay Suri Sandhya Mridul, Shilpa Shukla, Shruthi Seth and Dino Morea.

Meira (Karisma) wants her three kids to go to the same school as Bollywood superstars. That also extends outside of their schooling, with Meira pushing her kids to audition for commercials and hoping for the paparazzi to turn up. Meanwhile, Diksha (Seth) has given herself to “being one with nature”, which means alternative medicine only for her children. 

Aakash (Morea) is one of the six “supermoms” who takes care of two kids. Meira ends their introduction with an on-the-nose dialogue: “Every day is madness in a mom's life. It's not motherhood, its Mentalhood.”

'Mentalhood' is an upcoming web-series created by Ekta Kapoor by and produced by Rupali Guha under her banner FilmFarm India banner for the online streaming platform ALT Balaji and ZEE5. 

Mentalhood is out March 11 on ALTBalaji and Zee5.
