About five people have resigned from the newly launched regional news channel ‘Samachar Plus’. The list includes Swati Mishra who was employed as an Associate Producer on Output, Guest Coordinator Amit, Video Edtior Jay and two others. The reason behind their resignations is not known yet. Before Samachar Plus, Swati Mishra was associated with UNI and Jan Sandesh.

Also Vinod Shourie, a senior reporter, has resigned from ‘Dainik Jagran’, Ludhiana. He has associated with ‘Punjab Ki Shakti’ newspaper. Since a long time he was working with Dainik Jagran. After him Patiala Bureau Chief of ‘Dainik Savera’, Naresh Batish has also resigned from the institution and has joined ‘Punjab Ki Shakti’. In addition Aarti Seth has also resigned from Dainik Bhaskar, Ludhiana as a reporter and will join ‘Punjab Ki Shakti’.
