International Celebrity Chef Milind Sovani, who has won many International awards, is going to be part of the prestigious IHM top 60 Chef Book. The coffee table book is being launched on the occasion of India’s first and premier Hospitality Institute – IHM, Mumbai celebrating diamond Jubilee Anniversary.
 
Commenting on the same an ecstatic Chef Milind Sovani said, “IHMCTAN is the institute that mentored me from 1981-84 and I really feel blessed and honoured to be featured in the ’60 years- 60 Chefs’ book along with all my talented Chef friends.” The coffee table has been carefully created for the food connoisseur featuring selected recipes from well know chefs.
 
The talented Chef has served personalities like Nelson Mandela, Indira Gandhi, Amitabh Bachchan and has run his  own restaurants in Singapore and other parts of the world. He is now back in India with his own chain of world cuisine restaurants named ‘April Rain’ currently in Pune.
