American alternate rock band "Bad Suns", formed by Christo Bowman, Gavin Bennett, Miles Morris Kottak, Ray Libby. Bad Suns recently released a poignant video for its song titled “Salt” on MTV. Directed by dancer and up-and-coming music video director Daniel “Cloud” Campos.

Salt, It is an amazingly powerful and impressive video. The song has a great uptempo uplifting vibe and yet carries such depth through the dark lyrics.

The video’s protagonist, played by Campos’s wife, choreographer Tamara Levinson, faces depression, suicide, and sexual assault before finally undergoing gender reassignment surgery. Though stunning and masterfully choreographed and lensed, the video can be tough to watch for the casual viewer.
