Vin Diesel who is gearing up for to start shooting for the 'Fast and Furious 9' took to Instagram reminiscing the early days of the franchise.

The actor shared an old picture with late Paul Walker, and captioned it as, "If you would have asked me back then... if 2 decades later, I would be embarking on the 9th chapter of this global saga, I might have said, impossible! You know how sacred this is to us, you know why we have to reach higher. All love, Always "

Diesel is known to keep his fan in the loop with behind the scene snaps which means the makers haven't started filming yet but will start soon. Vin Diesel was last seen in 'The Fate of the Furious' and ' XXX: Return of Xander Cage'  with Deepika Padukone.

2019 is slated to see a Fast and Furious spin-off release titled, 'Hobbs & Shaw'. The film will not see the lead cast but Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham's character.
