During FOX’s telecast of A Christmas Story: Live, the cast of The Greatest Showman performed live on TV and Facebook. Jackman, Efron, Zendaya, and Keala Settle, who plays bearded lady Lettie Lutz, performed “Come Alive” from the film’s original soundtrack, which features lyrics penned by La La Land’s Benj Pasek and Justin Paul.
The film is a musical drama following the story of P.T. Barnum, the man who founded the circus that would come to be known as Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, The Greatest Showman is poised to be a major release during the 2017 holiday season.
Twentieth Century Fox’s The Greatest Showman is set to hit theaters this week, only a few days after Disney and Lucasfilm unveiled Star Wars: The Last Jedi, the latest episodic installment in the beloved franchise.
