Singer Justin Timberlake who is currently on 'Man of the Wod' tour released his new song titled "Soulmate".
Entertainment weekly.com reported, the actor, singer, and songwriter release of a new track just one day before 4th of July celebrations (Wednesday) starts off.
Titled "SoulMate", the song marks a departure from the more country vibes of "Man in the Wood" which received mixed feelings from listeners.
The song has a lively dance beat to it and the track is the first new music from Timberlake since his fifth solo album "Man of the Wood" back in January. According to Vulture, he recorded the song just last week in the Bahamas with production duo Nineteen85 and James Fauntleroy.
The song begins with the Justin declaring, "Summer stars now," over a skittering beat and tropical synths. "I love your heartbeat givin' me rhythm / And I can feel your frequency, so unique / In other words, such a freak, set me free," Timberlake sings, as he makes his case for a summer romance.
"I wanna be your soulmate for the night," he pleads. "Let me put my soul on you, it's only right / Let me pull you up out your body, into mine / Let me be your soulmate for the night."
Timberlake's 'Man of the Wood' tour, which extends all the way into January 2019.
