Popular actor and all around well educated man James Franco has found himself in a spot of trouble recently as he’s allegedly tackled a photographer who was trying to nab some snaps of the star.
The 36-year-old actor reportedly tackled the camera man to the floor at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery following the Born to Di' hitmaker's performance on Friday.
A source told E! News: "Franco ran head first into the photographer and tackled him football style."
It is not known what the altercation was about but the paparazzo is allegedly looking for compensation as he filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department office on Saturday morning.
The unidentified photographer has claimed his camera equipment was damaged in the scuffle and he is now suffering from a minor back injury, according to TMZ.
