'Hercules' helmer Brett Ratner has been slapped with a lawsuit by a woman, who was injured at his home during a party after the film's premiere.

Lauryn Flynn, 42, was among the guests partying at Ratner's basement when someone accidentally broke a glass table. And was struck in the leg with glass shards and tore her Achilles tendon. She was taken to the hospital and the injury left her with 87 stitches,. Flynn complains she has not been unable to work since the incident, according to the lawsuit.
