Almost 13 years after, the Zoolander sequel is finally pushing forward.
According to media source, Actress Penelope Cruz has just signed on for a role in Zoolander 2, which is set to be directed by Justin Theroux, Who is also known as a screenwriter for films such as Tropic Thunder, Iron Man 2, and Rock of Ages. Ben Stiller, who also directed the original, will reprise his role as dimwitted male supermodel.
While the original film wasn't a huge hit when it hit theaters, Zoolander quickly became a favorite when the DVD came out.
There's no word on who Penelope will play. She's set to reprise her role as Angelica in the forthcoming flick "Pirate of the Caribbean 5."
