These days the lead actors are not leaving any gap to promote their films. From Raanjhaana to Chennai Express or even Ranbir’s very own film ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ produced by Karan Johar was attended by the entire star cast but this time Ranbir gave it a miss for the first look launch of his upcoming flick ‘Besharam’.

So, we were expecting Ranbir to launch the first trailer of Besharam to multiply the buzz, but what did the shutterbugs see last evening? Ranbir Kapoor the lead were missing! And so was his “good friend” Katrina Kaif. 

Even Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, who are also in the film chose to skip the event. Only Anurag Kashyap's brother, Abhinav Kashyap, the film's director was present amongst a few others. 

Heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor who is known for professionalism and dedication towards his films but this time he created a buzz by missing the first look launch.

When Abhinav Kashyap was questioned as to why was Ranbir missing from the launch he clarified saying, “We hadn’t fixed the date and Ranbir is in Srilanka right now so he couldn’t fit the date into his schedule so I am here with my two producers.”

Well if it’s really the dates issue, we dont mind. We only hope it’s not his Spain ‘holiday’ issue that made Ranbir skip the first look launch. Well Ranbir if it is right what we suspect then we wonder are you going to miss  your other promotional events too?
