After an early teaser, the first official trailer for Forensic, a psychological thriller starring Vikrant Massey and Radhika Apte is finally out. 
 
The film stars Vikrant Massey as Johnny Khanna, a forensic specialist and Radhika Apte as Megha Sharma, a police officer, along with Prachi Desai, Vindu Dara Singh and Rohit Roy in pivotal roles. 
 
Helmed by Vishal Furia, the psychological thriller is the remake of Akhil Paul and Anas Khan-directed Malayalam film of the same name. 
 
Vikrant Massey shared the trailer on his social media. He captioned his post, “Kya har party mein hoga #BirthdayKiller uninvited guest? #Forensic Expert Johnny & Inspector Megha aa rahe hai karne yeh mystery solve! #ForensicOnZEE5, premieres 24th June” 
 
Forensic' is an edge-of-the-seat thriller where young girls are murdered on their birthdays in shocking ways. As new evidence comes forward with the help of advanced forensic technologies, the suspect keeps changing and the mystery keeps rising.
 
However, when the best possible duo - Johnny and Megha come together to crack open the case, they make good headway but at the cost of their personal and professional lives which turn upside down.
 
The Forensic trailer is accentuated with gory sounds of bloodbath and slash, setting an apt theme for the movie's plot. Who is behind the killings? Will the team successfully give justice to all the victims who have fallen prey to the heinous crime? Answers to everything are dependent on the forensic team's investigation. 
 
The film is produced by Mini Films and Soham Rockstar Entertainment Pvt Ltd, slated to premiere on ZEE5 on June 24.
