The lethal earthquake that occurred on Saturday and had another spell on Sunday in Nepal and surrounding areas has left over 3000 dead and several thousand injured. The exact toll is not yet known but the casualties are going up. The impact of the catastrophe has spread to regions like India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Tibet.
Since the beginning of the turbulence, our celebrities from Bollywood have informed, spread helpline numbers, suggested tips and given support to those affected. Some of them like Manoj Bajpai, Arjun Rampal among others even felt the tremors of the quake. Now, they are also urging their fans to donate for the cause of relief and rehabilitation of the victims and places.

During such tragedies, people generously donate and help through such organizations and manage to help the affected victims. The recent example was during the devastating floods in Kashmir where the donations from citizens gathered a significant sum for the rehabilitation and relief. Hope this time too, citizens are generous and help the concerned governments.
