Unite, Not Divide Would Be Message Of Shikara Says Vidhu Vinod Chopra.

Director, producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra is considered to be one of the most talented and pathbreaking Indian filmmakers.  All his films have conveyed social messages. His movies like Lage Raho Munnabhai taught Gandhigiri, 3 Idiots taught, how important it is to follow your passion in life. Once again the director through his film 'Shikara' has conveyed a simple message 'Unite, Not Divide'.

When asked how important it is to convey this message to India, on this Vinod said, "It's not ony India, the world needs this kind of message. The film was supposed to release in November, but due to the troubles in Kashmir we delayed it. But I am happy that the film is scheduled to release in February. People should see this film and they will understand the depth of this message. I think this 3 words message 'Unite, Not Divide' should be written on their blackboards. May be in school, colleges, offices and other places where possible."

About his upcoming project Vinod said I looking forward to make Munnabhai. It is very close to my heart. I am desperate to make this film, because there are many people who are urging me to make this film."

About the movie 'Shikara', Vidhu Vinod Chopra has dedicated this movie to his mother who passed away in 2007. The movie features Aadil Khan and Sadia. It is slated to released on 7 February.
