
To contain the COVID-19 surge, Maharashtra government has imposed curfew like restrictions on the movement of people post 2 pm. As per the rules, no person is allowed to be in a public place without a valid reason.
An FIR has been lodged against Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani as they were found to violate the pandemic norms.
On Wednesday, an FIR was registered against Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani for allegedly violating the pandemic norms by roaming at a public place without a valid reason post the 2 pm deadline. They both were found roaming in the Bandstand area of the city in the evening.
Reportedly, a case has been filed under section 188 of the IPC. As it is a bail-able offence, no arrest has been made. The actor and his team are still to react on the report of the case.
"A police team spotted Shroff roaming in the Bandstand area in the evening. When questioned, he couldn't give a satisfactory reply to why he was roaming outside. Police took down his details and registered a case under section 188 (Disobeying the order of public servant) of the IPC," the official said.
Meanwhile on the work front, Tiger will next be seen in the sequel of his debut film 'Heropanti. He will be seen with Tara Sutaria in 'Heropanti 2. He will also be seen in an action thriller 'Ganapath: Part 1' which is directed by Vikas Bahl, also starring Kriti Sanon.
While, Disha who was recently seen in 'Radhe' will be seen in Mohit Suri's next, 'Ek Villain Returns'. The film also stars Arjun Kapoor, John Abraham and Tara Sutaria alongside her.
