Actor Aditya Roy Kapur kick-starts the first leg of shooting for the Hindi Remake of Tamil Hit movie, Thadam. The maker of the film drops Maharut Pooja picture and confirms the deeds on the project.

The official handle of T-series confirmed the shooting of the film, late last evening. It said, “On this auspicious day of #Dussehra, we are ready to begin the adventure of a lifetime! Shoot for the Hindi remake of the Tamil hit #Thadam commences today! @adityaroykapur @mrunalthakur v__________k #BhushanKumar @tseriesfilms @muradkhetani @cine1studios @aseemarrora @tseries.official”

Actor Aditya Roy Kapur also confirmed the same. He shared a photograph in which he can be seen holding the film's clapper board along with the director of the film Vardhan Ketkar and producer Murad Khetani.

The film is based on true events; the thriller will see Aditya in a double role. It also stars Mrunal Thakur, she will be seen essaying the role of a cop.

Apart from the remake film, Aditya Roy Kapur is also shooting for Om: The Battle Within, which is directed by Kapil Verma and produced by Zee Studios, Ahmed Khan and Shaira Khan. The film also stars Sanjana Sanghi in the lead role.
