The shooting of debutant director Ajit Sinha's Waah Taj is in progress in Agra. The film is produced by Pawan Sharma and Narendra Singh. The film features Shreyas Talpade and Manjari Fadnis in the lead roles. Intially Amrita Rao was signed for this film but later Manjari replaced her.

The film, Wah Taj deals with a common man's struggle with the government. its shooting is scheduled extensively in Agra around the Taj Mahal, the makers have already taken the necessary permissions. Producer Narendra Singh, who is producing the film under his banner Filmy Box in association with Pawan Sharma's Pun Films Pvt Ltd, confirms the replacement of the actress.

Manjari Fadnis was last seen in a film which did not work at all at the box office names I am 24 while Shreyas Talpade was seen in Sajid Khan’s Housefull 2.
