Another shooting schedule of Rajkumar Hirani’s P.K. is in progress in Belgium. P.K. (also spelled Peekay) is a political satire directed by Rajkumar Hirani, with Junaid Khan co-directing. The film stars Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles. The film also features Sanjay Dutt. Director Hirani has stated that the film will be a satire about God and godmen.

P.K will be a political satire, hitting out at corruption in the country. Aamir will play an alcoholic social crusader in the film. The character’s name was decided upon after considering many options. Hirani and Aamir chose P.K since the initials also sound like the Hindi word for ‘drunk.’ After fulfilling his commitments for Talaash and Dhoom 3, Aamir Khan now began shooting P.K. The film is slated to release this year in Christmas.

Recently Trade analyst Komal Nahta tweeted about the deal between producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra and production house UTV, which will be distributing the movie both in India and overseas. The film's theatrical rights have been sold at a whopping Rs 118 crore.
