Veteran actor-politician Shatrughan Sinha and daughter Sonakshi are going to walk the ramp for actor Shabana Azmi’s NGO Mijwan. Sonakshi confirmed that her father is not comfortable walking the ramp. She said,” I think my dad is nervous enough as he is walking on the ramp for the first time.”

Sonakshi was present at an event to launch a unique collection centered on Nissan Sunny Sedan. 92.7 FM and Nissan Motors joined hands for this initiative. She addressed the press conference after the event.

The theme of parent-child relationship is prominent this time for the fashion show to raise funds for NGO Mijwan. Jaya Bachchan and Abhishek are also going to walk together. Anil Kapoor and Sonam will also grace the ramp by adding shine to the event. Singer-composer Shankar Mahadevan and son Siddharth are also going to walk the ramp for Shabana Azmi. Providing equal opportunity to all is also one of the missions of the movement. The injustice committed against women and equality between the sexes is another initiative of the NGO.

Though Mr. Sinha is one of the most confident performers on screen with lively roles and characters and dialogues like Khaamosh, walking the ramp will definitely test his patience it seems. As a politician too he has been really confident, and Sonakshi who has walked the ramp several times before would surely guide her dear father for his first time.
