Shashank Khaitan is currently basking in glory of Badrinath Ki Dulhania, starring Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan. The movie is widely appreciated for message oriented entertainer.

And now writer-director of the film, Shashank hints at third instalment of the film.

“We will definitely try and make it. Our movie is getting amazing appreciation; I hope I get the chance to make the third part. We as team want to make the third but when and how it will happen, that is not decided as yet” said Shashank on the sidelines of Tapped special screening.

The first instalment, Humpy Sharma Ki Dulhani came out in 2014, followed by Badrinath Ki Dulhania, both written and directed by Shashank featuring Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan.

The director further adds that he is confident; he will come up with third story soon.  

“It is too early to talk about it, we are still enjoying the Badrinath Ki Dulhania’s journey but I am sure, we will be able to come up with something soon” adds Shashank.
