After the success of the 2018 film Satyameva Jayate, director Milap Zaveri had announced the sequel to the film in 2019, starring John Abraham in the lead role.

While the filmmaker is working on the sequel, he just took to his social media and confirmed that the shooting will start in April and he is currently coordinating with action director.

Satyameva Jayate 2 will go on floors in April. The film will also feature Divya Khosla Kumar in a pivotal role. The film is expected to have 12 action sequences that have been choreographed by action directors Anbu-Arivu.

Milap Zaveri just tweeted a poster of film and wrote, “Jahaan hoga Corruption wahan @TheJohnAbraham ke bicep ka hoga eruption! Flexed bicepsFire PHAADU Action meeting today for #SatyamevaJayate2 with my action director! Shoot begins this April! Releasing 2nd October!! @iamDivyaKhosla @TSeries @EmmayEntertain”

Satyameva Jayate 2 is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Nikkhil Advani. The concept of the film is based on the fight against injustice and misuse of power. The film will see John Abraham performing some high action scenes.

The film is slated to be released on Gandhi Jayanti 2020.
