Sajid Khan during the music premier of Humshakals in mumbai talked about his upcoming film Humshakals starring Saif Ali Khan, Tamannah, Bipasha Basu, and Riteish Deshmukh.

Sajid Khan previous film Himmatwala was criticized by everyone in the industry and also had bad or infact worse bollywood collection. Because of this film’s failure he was questioned about his directorial abilities. He then actually ostracized himself but is now back with humshakals and is pretty excited about it.

Sajid Khan when asked about the film stated that “ I had this idea for a long time and I talked about it people were saying that this is an remake and that I was making angoor’s remake but I would like to clarify that this not a remake I have already made a mistake of making a remake and don't want to commit the same mistake again.” And shared a giggle by criticizing his earlier attempt of remaking Himmatwala.

Sajid khan also concluded saying that the film is completely family film and there are no double meaning jokes and it is for all the types of audience.
