
“Trolling is wrong” says Randeep Hooda about the ongoing tussle on social media, where woman are being threatened.
Spotted at the launch of MTV Big F, which happens to be Randeep Hooda’s television debut, the actor spoke about trollers threatening woman online, deeming it as “wrong”.
“Trolling is wrong, trolling of man or woman is wrong, trolling of a woman is even more wrong. It’s not done that you threaten woman, past lewd comments or any other stuff, it is absolutely wrong” says Randeep Hooda.
Sultan Actor also clarified his stand on Gurmeher Kaur controversy in which Randeep was trolled for his vague tweet.
“Let me clarify, I was not aware of any threats to her. When I came to know, I issued a statement clarifying my stand. Violence is wrong. If it’s against a woman then it's a heinous crime, perpetrators should be brought to justice and severe punishment should be given so that it sets an example” said Randeep.
On professional front, Randeep Hooda is shooting for “Battle of Saragarhi” helmed by Rajkumar Santoshi.
The film is based on the Battle of Saragarhi, which took place in 1897 between British Indian Army and Afghan Orakzai tribesmen, in the North-West Frontier Province (now Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan).
