Ace director Rajkumar Hirani who is famous for his sensible cinema in the form of Munnabhai MBBS’, ‘Lagey Raho Munnabhai’ and ‘3 Idiots’ and to continue his sensible way of thinking Mr Rajkumar has introduced a unique and interesting concept for his office staff. Each and every member of his office, from peons to accountants, recently got a chance to showcase their directorial abilities, just like their boss. Recently Raju organized a small event in his office, where he instructed each of his staff, male or female, to go ahead and make a short film, based on any of their own subject.

The purpose of Raju Hirani, to organize such kind of a event was, to free his staff from the monotony of doing the same work day after day, and also showcase their creative side.A specific budget and a period of 10 days were allocated for completing the assignment given to each one. The director was in for a pleasant surprise, as not only his staff managed to complete their respective projects, but had something interesting to offer to their boss. One short film, which really managed to impress Rajkumar Hirani, was the one made by his office peon, who proved of having directorial abilities.
