KriArj Entertainment head Prerna Arora has acquired the rights to Woh Kaun Thi? and plans to make the remake of the film.

Confirming the news Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh Tweeted, “Remember the Manoj Kumar - Sadhana starrer #WohKaunThi?…Prerna Arora and Arjun N Kapoor of KriArj [#Rustom, #ToiletEPK, #PadMan, #Pari] have acquired the remake rights of the classic...While the cast of #WohKaunThi? remake hasn’t been announced yet, KriArj does have plans to feature two iconic songs from the original film in the remake: ‘Naina Barse Rimjhim Rimjhim’ and ‘Lag Jaa Gale’... Raj Khosla had directed the original film”
Though plans of remake are still under process but Prernaa Arora has acquired the rights to the film.

KriArj Entertainment has produced some of the biggest hits with superstar Akshay Kumar. Starting with Rustom, Toilet Ek Prem Katha and Padman, the company, and actor are on winning hearts with their heart-warming and content-driven cinema.

KriArj Entertainment recently rocked the silver screen with horror flick Pari, starring Anushka Sharma.

Talking about working with Akshay Kumar again in future, KriArj Entertainment head Prerna Arora said, “We’re working with Akshay Kumar for sure, we have five films deal with him, we have done three and two more are coming, so in time, we will talk about it, when Akshay Kumar is ready to talk about the films”

KriArj Entertainment has an interesting release line-up in 2018, movies like Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran, Fanney Khan, Batti Gul Meter Chalu and Kedarnath will release this year alone.
