Veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt just unveiled the first poster of his latest production and foray into Punjabi Cinema, Dushman.

“A brave new writer/ director makes her foray into the fascinating landscape of Punjabi Cinema!” tweets Mahesh Bhatt.

Pakistani actor Humayun Saeed and Shaad are roped in Dushman, which revolves around two friends - one of whom is Pakistani and the other Indian. Movie is shot in India, Pakistan and Britain under brave wirter/director Shagufta Rafique.

Shagufta Rafique is a film screenwriter, who gained initial success when she joined Mahesh Bhatt's production company, Vishesh Films, where she wrote her next eleven films. Dushman would be her directorial debut.

Bhatt has entered the realms of the regional film industry and hopes that “Dushman” will unfold a new chapter of friendship between India and Pakistan.

Movie is produced by Yellowstone Pictures and slated for August 2016.
