Actor Chunky Pandey who is known for his comic roles says that he loves comic avatars but his personal favorites are “Grey Roles” on the sidelines of his recent media interaction.

Chunky Pandey was interacting with media at the red carpet of 26th SOL Lions Gold Awards in Mumbai. The awards are annual accolades given by the Lions Club Mumbai to recognise the talents in the Film and Television Industry.

Talking about his Award win and his personal favorite roles, Chunky Pandey said, “I am very excited about this award. This is my first big award after being in this industry for over 33 years, and that to be for Housefull 4. I didn’t get this award for pervious Hosuefull’s (1,2,3) but I got it for the fourth installment. I am so excited”

“I love comic roles a lot. I have done a Marathi film, which will release soon and I am doing a comic role in that movie as well. But the grey roles, which I am doing lately, the ones I performed in Begum Jaan and Saaho, those roles are little favorite on a personal level” he added.

When asked about never been on Koffee with Karan, the actor stated that he hasn’t been invited but happy that Karan launched his daughter. He said, “No, not at all! I am not sad that Karan hasn’t invited me to his show. I am very happy that he has taken my daughter in his film.”  

The 26th SOL Lions Gold Awards saw Shraddha Arya, Elli Avram, Ashnoor Kaur, Shaheer Sheikh, Ankita Lokhande, Ananya Panday, Saiee Manjrekar and Kunal Khemu and other stars from Bollywood industry gracing the red carpet.
