Lauren Gottlieb finds Blind Women Competing for Fashion Show “Inspiring”

The National Association for the Blind (NAB) and Blind Dreams, an NGO, organised a Fashion show for blind women. Some 44 blind contestants showcased their talents and walked the ramp.

Satish Kaushik and dancing star Lauren Gottlieb graced the event to show support for the cause.

“I think this event is amazing. I am so happy to be a part of it. A lot of beautiful blind women are competing and showing off their talent. I think my favourite part was that they would speak before show casing their talent. They would say what they have done in their lives, education they have gotten, what degrees they have got, what orphanage they are opening, charity things they are doing. They are doing so much with their lives” said the Welcome to Karachi actress Lauren.

“ABCD” Dancing sensation Lauren Gottlieb also too some life lessons from the girls, “I can’t even imagine those days when I was sitting at home and thinking I have nothing to do or I am bored, but look at these women’s they are doing so much, it was really inspiring”  

Lauren also found herself taking home really amazing quotes from the girls, who are living life with positive attitude.

“I got some really amazing quotes from these girls especially where one said, “We are not disabled, we’re differently Abled”, which is just the most beautiful thing I’ve ever heard” adds Lauren.

Lauren Gottlieb is planning her comeback after taking a break from limelight. She will be making some big exciting announcements in coming week.
