Fun Republic Social launched in Andheri and it’s a straight up serving of a strange brew. It's bizarre, beautiful and it's the bane of Bollywood in its own backyard. The insides of this Social have churned the neighbourhood inside out to regurgitate ostentatious TV soap sets, props and oddities galore that pompously masquerade as a café cum co-working space.

Riyaaz Amlani was seen mingling with the guests that dropped in. The launch of Fun Republic Social was attended by Imran and Avantika Khan, Shriya Saran, Karishma Tanna, Gaurav Chopra, Vivan Bhatena, Shamita Singha, Shabbir Aluwalia, Kanchi Kaul, Anuj Sachdeva, Arjan Bajva, Manasvi Mamgai, Ken Ghosh, Deepak Tijori, Viraf Patel, Rahul Bhatt, Aman Anand and many more.
The food highlights for the evening included comfort café fare with unique twists. On the menu were Punjabi Kadhai Chawal, Applam Chaplam Papadum and Almond Tikki Chaat, for the vegetarians. Meat lovers stuck their canines into some Black Label Butter Chicken,Ghee Roast Mutton Bao, a D.I.Y. Prawn Chettinad, Bhuna Chicken Sausage Pao, BBQ Pork Ribs, and some Bheja Pao. The bar featured new and delicious cocktails like Mick Jaggery (Captain Morgan + Jaggery syrup + Lemongrass + Soda), Blueberry Julep (Jim Beam + Blueberry + Fresh Mint), Thai Maalish (Gin + Kaffir Lime + Basil + Galangal + Lemongrass + Coconut Water), Chatkara (Smirnoff + Homemade Pani Puri Water + Imli Chutney) and more.
Fun Republic Social set everyone in the mood with an interesting new menu, some eclectic music and interiors like no other. On a whole, the launch of the 12th outlet of Social, was a blast.
