Bombay Talkies that features a compilation of four short films marking the centenary year of Indian cinema has been much talked about. The latest on the front is that Katrina Kaif will be seen playing herself in Katrina Kaif's segment in the film.

Katrina Kaif and Zoya who have previously worked together on Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara in 2011 which featured stars like Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol, Kalki Koechlin and Farhan Akthar. Bombay Talkies will feature the actress playing the muse to a young boy who is extremely fascinated by her. The story further progresses when eventually in the end, the lad finally gets to meet Katrina in person. Ranbir Kapoor and Saqib Saleem of Mere dad ki Maruti fame will also be a part of this film.

Made to celebrate Indian cinema's centenary year, Bombay Talkies is a collection of four short films by Zoya, Anurag Kashyap, Karan Johar and Dibakar Banerjee.
