Karan Johar returning to direction after a long gap with “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” starring Aishwarya Rai, Anushka Sharma, Ranbir Kapoor and Fawad Khan, has already created quite a buzz for movie-goers, which is based on Hindu Man and Muslim Woman romance.

"I am going to reveal something to you today about my next film ADHM the name of the hero is Aayan he is Hindu in the film and she is Alizeh. She is Muslim in the film and there is no conflict in the love story” said Karan Johar.

Karan Johar was addressing students of a noted educational institute and during interactive session he revealed this information. A Love story based on Hindu Man and Muslim Woman without any conflicts, it is unheard of, looks like something only romance specialist like Karan can imagine. He definitely has our interest now.  

Furthermore, Karan also pointed out the Indian film industry is self-sufficient and does not any help from Hollywood.

“India is one of the leading film making nations of the world. It is the only kind of film industry of the world that has never needed any kind of Hollywood money or from the outside. We are self-sufficient. We have a great domestic film economy. We stand tall.” he added.
