Shahrukh Khan is probably the biggest commercial actor in the world, his line of work is varied and versatile, but filmmaker Imtiaz Ali spills the bean about the superstar, stating he has a theatrical approach and talks about his “Delhi” theatre days, all the time!

“Oh yes, a lot of talks about Delhi theatre with Shahrukh Khan, and I did not know that he would be so much still in the habit of performing in the way that he was use to or expect to do it in theatre”

“His approach is very theatrical. He talks every day, he mentions every day about his theatre experience in Delhi. And I am very glad about that” adds Imtiaz Ali on the sidelines of ongoing Khidkiyaan Theatre Festival.

Well, Shahrukh Khan is not just a commercial actor, he hails from theatre background, and no wonder his appeal is global.  

Imtiaz Ali directorial “The Ring” stars Shahrukh Khan and Anushka Sharma, the movie is travel based romantic movie.

“The Ring” is written and directed by Imtiaz Ali. It also features Evelyn Sharma in the lead roles. This film marks the third collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma after Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008) and Jab Tak Hai Jaan (2012).

The film is scheduled to release on 11 August 2017.
