
Bipasha Basu is known as fitness freak in the industry. She has even released CDs of workout regime to the people for encouraging fitness culture in India. Bipasha was present the launch of ‘Health’ magazine’s latest issue where she stressed importance of health and fitness in stressful daily routine and her excitement to go with Salman Khan in DA BANG tour.
Talking about fitness, bipasha said, “Each men and women need to love themselves. Physical and mental fitness is something we all need to give time from our daily routine as at end of the day, you have to any physical activity to keep yourself going because we are living stressful lifestyle and it is becoming very stressful to combat stress as it starts showing results on your body”.
She also talked about her own fitness journey, she said, “I was extremely discipline and hardworking at work but when it came to eating, I used to eat anything and everything. Earlier I don’t used to work out because of my busy work schedules but in 2005, I started knee pain and doctors suggested me to do operation and that’s when I decided to do weight training as it makes foundation of body stronger and stronger to combat any kind of diseases and health issues.”.
Bipasha also talked about DA Bang tour in which she will accompany Salman Khan, she said, “I am very excited. I did first ever world tour in 2003 and that was with Salman, that time I was like child and a lost case, there was a time when I used to scare perform in front of audience and now it’s a complete circle going back again. I have never performed in Australia and New Zealand so that is exciting. We are sold out in most of the event venue so I am really looking forward to perform with Salman Khan”.
Titled ‘DA BANG – The Tour’, the event organised by The Chocolate Room will also see a bevy of Bollywood stars like Salman Khan Sonakshi Sinha, Bipasha Basu, Prabhudheva, Daisy Shah, Badshah and Maniesh Paul.
