Adventure is been a part and parcel of Gul panag’s lifestyle.

She is the face of adventure campaign Kingfisher Blue Mile, the  thrilling trekking expedition to Everest base camp.

"Adventure to me is about pushing my limits, pushing my endurance limits and taking extremely calculated risks.

Most people think adventure is being reckless. The typical person out there thinks, 'People who are adventurous are actually mad'. No, they're not. 

They're not reckless at all. They plan and they calculate and then you take risks. Those who pursue adventure are essentially people who understand the risks involved, cater for them and then push their limits," said Gul Panag.
