The VFX of Maruti International's Grand Masti is underway at Pixion Studios. Produced by Ashok Thakeria and directed by Indra Kumar, the film features Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, Aftab Shivdasani, Manjari Phadnis, Karishma Tanna, Sonalee, Kainaat Arora, Bruna Abdalah, Maryam Zakaria, Suresh Menon and Pradeep Rawat. Music is given by Anand Raaj Anand.

Grand Masti (formerly known as Masti 2) is an upcoming Bollywood adult comedy film presented by Bharat Shah, Bharat Shah is a Diamond merchant & a film producer & investor too. His name was linked with underworld during the movie of Chori Chori Chupke Chupke.

The production of the film was to begin throughout the first week of August 2012, though because of actor Riteish Deshmukh's father Vilasrao Deshmukh's critical health condition, the film's commencement was put off by a few days.

 Vivek Oberoi who was a part of the first series made his debut in Bollywood with Saathiya opposite Rani Mukjerji. Vivek Oberoi was last seen in Jayantabhai Ki Luv Story as Jaya Bhai where he played the role of Jaya Bhai opposite Neha Sharma.
