The first look and trailer of the most anticipated film of the year by director Prakash Jha, who has previously given hits like Rajneeti, a political thriller and Aarakshan, a socio-political drama, has been released. The poster features Arjun Rampal, Abhay Deol and Manoj Bajpai all in different looks. Also the mind-blowing trailer will only add upto the anxiety of audiences to watch the film.

Chakravyuh is aimed to be a social commentary on the issues of Naxalites. The film has tentatively been scheduled for a 24 October, 2012 release. Arjun Rampal plays a cop named SP Adil Khan who wants to clean all the naxalites and their leader Manoj Bajpai. Abhay Deol promises his pal Adil to get him Rajan played by Maoj Bajpai but he too gets involved with naxalites after hearing their struggle story.
